Bring your own lampshade somewhere’s there a party . . . with Plz Respond at the forefront or maybe Billy Bragg mixing pop and politics, there’s a lot to these punk rockers from the Oshawa we all know and love thats the one with history and heritage and general strikes and fallout from globalisation and this track is a damning look at on the job injuries and deaths with a tribute to the 26 workers killed in the 1992 Westray mining disaster in Pictou County, Nova Scotia drilling its way throughout. Plz Respond are Galen Crampsey (drums, piano/keys, lead vocals), Bryan Crouch (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Brandon Smith (lead guitar, backing vocals), and David Bunn (bass, backing vocals) and they are the forefront.
