While Woody Woodburn of Cape Breton and formerly a member of Snapper shouts out fellow nom de arbour Donovan Woods in his PR there is much of the Boss in this track ‘Mario Lemieux’, maybe its the Hammer’s Arkells Tim Oxford and Anthony Carone tunesmithing on drums and keys. Whole thing is held together by Ontarians’ Craig Smith who incidently co-founded Four Winds Fest (one of our Mirijana’s faves). Mellow vibes, nostalgia underpinnings but not pining from Woody, about trading hockey cards. New EP ‘Follow the Light’ is out Nov 6 2026.
