'Hey Amanda' Broken Social Scene drop new single, new album out Aug 8

Will McGuirk March 12, 2026

By Will McGuirk

Yes I’m ready to go back a decade or two and yet forward with Broken Social Scene and another single from their upcoming and timely titled new record ‘Remember The Humans’ on Arts and Crafts May 8 2026. The new track ‘Hey Amanda’ has those singular horns and Kevin Drew croon and just an echo of a chorus so you know the crew are also ready. Exciting. Plus there’s a tour with Metric and Stars and it makes a stop in TO RBC Amphitheatre Aug 7.
