Folk duo Pharis and Jason Romero release new single 'Last Call'

Will McGuirk April 14, 2026

By Will McGuirk

Just a pause, a welcome pause in the hectic chaos - for me that pause seems to manifest itself in bluegrass - always there, always just there off to the side ready to dip in and out off, timeless for me in my DNA, deep natural association and Pharis and Jason Romero of Horsefly B.C. - four-time JUNO Award-winning singers, songwriters, banjo builders, and folk icons - provide that for today with this new single ‘Last Call’ and maybe every day there, always there, caught between their fingers in time and their eyes on each other, that pause and if you need more time there’s an album ‘These Are The Days That Turn In To Years’ coming out June 12 2026.
