The enigmatic Jenn Grant is playing Shelter Valley Folk Festival which runs Sept 2, 3 and 4 2016. The festival takes place at the Henkel Family Farm in Grafton Ont. Grant will perform Friday evening but will also take place in various workshops over the weekend. Others performers include Kaia Kater, Irish Mythen, Leonard Sumner and Lennie Gallant.

There is camping and family friendly activities and The Harvest Table food area with one of my faves, The Flying Chestnut, who it seems are always at my fave fest, coincidence? Also at The Table, the Mill Restaurant, Vintage Pizza Pie Co., the Tamale Girl, Breadman Garth and the Pop Stand. The Village features the Handmakers Marketplace as well as yoga, thai massage, wild edibles and reiki plus a wide variety of artists.
