Will McGuirk April 27, 2016

Along with having music acts Lennon & Maisy, Kalle Mattson, Santigold, Robyn, The National and Jason Collett plus so many more playing on stage, the good folks at Field Trip are adding a rack of activities to keep you well active and well well fed.

The two day outdoor festival takes place June 4 and 5 at Fort York Garrison Common and will feature a day camp for the young and young at heart, the Laugh Barracks indoor comedy stage, The Mess Hall, a hands-on cooking and baking creative zone, and the Food Truck & Restaurant Row with local and organic being front and central. There will also be the Analogue Gallery Sound Image Exhibition featuring Canadian music photography and a marketplace of of local creative vendors.

Field Trip organized by the Toronto-based Arts & Crafts label is placing the focus of their festival on being a day out for the entire family. Incorporating creative stimulus and activities for children is a vital part of their sound and vision.
