Some slow moving country tale on this titular track from the new album ‘Fortune Teller’, a ramble on the country trail that takes Bobby Dove swinging side to slide - this Dove is no beauty bar balladeer but bars and swipes Americana in the veins of k.d. lang or Corb Lund or both, actually both. I was hoping to have them in the Shwa sometime back, didn’t work out but kat is at the Horseshoe May 5 and Peterborough’s Pig’s Ear May 8 lucky them.
