Josiah and the Bonnevilles, (aka Josiah Leming) new to me but maybe in the John Cougar Mellencamp mould, more gravel on that road though, been around for about a decade, but the PR had a quote that got me, has a Grapes of Wrath tinge - “I look at my folks in East Tennessee and few of them seem to be winning in this new world,” Leming says. “Being a regular person, working, trying your best. I think that’s something to be proud of.”

He sings with all the vibrations, he’s playing the Danforth Hall in Toronto June 14 to promote his new album ‘As Is’ which drops May 8 2026 on Rounder Records, and the first single is ‘Hell Without Flames’ is now available.
