Rose Cousins is one special singer/songwriter, she wavers between Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell territory in her singularity. Her latest track ‘Thats How Long I’ve Waited for Your Love’ is a melancholic meander, all porch swing in the rain musings, delightful in its slow unfolding.
The Nova-Scotia-based artists has a new album ‘Conditions of Love - Vol 1’ available Mar 14, 2025 on Nettwerk, and a cross-Canada tour beginning Mar 29 with a stop in Toronto April 11 at the Concert Hall. She has a date too in Peterborough April 9 at the Market Hall Performing Arts Centre.
