Oshawa raised, Winnipeg based country musician Sean Burns will release his new album, ‘Lost Country’ Oct 27 2023 on Department Store Records. The album is a collection of covers by long lost and lonesome Canadian country artists; those artists on the Arc label, those you pass over in the Value Village vinyl aisles, and maybe would have been an inspiration for Handsome Ned back in those days. They’re inspirational to Sean Burns who is also bassist in Wild Rose alt-country act Corb Lund. The latest single of Lost Country, ‘Hard Times’ has been released. Corb Lund is scheduled to play the Biltmore Theatre in Oshawa Tues Oct 10. Tickets here.
