Yah, one word - Neko Case. Neko alone would be a headlining addition to an already stacked line-up for Mariposa taking place July 7, 8 and 9 at Tudhope Park in Orillia; a line-up which includes the Great Lake Swimmers, Barenaked Ladies, Matt Andersen, a tribute to The Last Waltz and BRUCE COCKBURN, plus Steve Poltz, Reuben and the Dark and JUNO winner WIlliam Prince.

So yes Ms Case would be delightful all by her self but nope its Canada 150 so there's more and more and more coming out for the Grande Dame of Folk Festivals; A.C. Newman, Blaine Thurier, Joe Seiders, John Collins, Kathryn Calder, and Todd Fancey join Case. Dan Bejar will be absent unfortunately. The band are touring their latest, "Whiteout Conditions."
