Matt Mooney aka Royal Holland began busking out his tunes before taking them in Grammy award winning producer Brian Olive who has worked with Dr. John. The result was a five song EP titled The Maze. That was followed up by two other EPS, Flamingo and Program. Royal Holland's folk-tronica marries up drum beats with acoustic melodies and in there there is something of Northcote, Spencer Burton and Evening Hymns. He is on tour but co-hosting a series of monthly showcases, MILF, with Margaret Darling who appears on The Maze.
