In the SlowCity we will always take the opportunity to focus on the roots of culture. Its pretty cool so that we can say Sylvia Tyson is in town as part of Quartette, Canada's formost foursome of folk. Cindy Church, Caitlin Hanford and Gwen Swick square out the group who started in a circle over twenty years ago.

Quartette are playing the Regent Theatre in Oshawa Monday Dec 19. They are on a cross-Canada tour with stops in B.C., Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario marking the season with “A Quartette Christmas”. The show is a Shantero Production.
