Animator Steve Cutts quotes the great Max Fleischer in his video for Moby & The Void Pacific Choir's track "Are You Lost in the World Like Me". It is an homage to the animator from the 1930s and its picture perfect. The 30s were a time of assessment of the effects of industrialization on the world. In the second decade of the 21st century we are seeing the effects of digitalization on the world at large and just as in the 30s our systems are breaking down and failing.
