On Sep 27 2015 at Wasted Space in Oshawa many artists answered the question, What Is Slow? The question was posed by us here at SlowCity to figure out what the word envisions so who better to ask than the artists about visions. The afternoon opening was a fantastic success featuring spoken word by Monique Brent, an in-the-round performance by Rory Taillon and an on-stage rock jam from West Hammock. Great, great stuff and we thank all who attended and participated. Holly McClellan, a photographer and instructor, participated. She created three pieces as her answer, including Hydrophlic (above).

The What Is Slow? exhibition continues at Wasted Space until the end of October.
