Album Designer John Berg has died aged 83 - via New York Times

John Berg was born in 1932 and worked as a graphic designer before going Columbia Records as an art director. In his career he was responsible for several thousand album covers and designs, many of them considered classics. He worked on everything from Bob Dylan's "Greatest Hits" to Loverboy's "Get Lucky". Canadian singer/songwriter, Kalle Mattson, paid tribute to classic album covers in the video for the title track of his latest album, Berg's work are among them.
